The team at Willow and Sage are passionate about providing amazing flowers for every wedding; there’s no one-size-fits-all approach in their design process. A lower budget should not mean lower care or less thoughtfulness from a florist. They thrive on crafting beautiful floral designs regardless of the price, whether it’s an extravagant celebration, an intimate ceremony, a micro-wedding or an elopement. 

The friendly team of creatives love nothing more than designing pieces for unique people and will do all they can to make visions come to life. Owner Elinor Delargy spent her early professional years working with polo ponies and felt incredibly lucky to have found a second enduring passion later in her working life. Granddaughter to a keen plant woman, she grew up loving all things floral and would regularly make fresh and dried arrangements alongside her granny. She comments, “It seemed like the only logical step was one from horses to flowers and honestly, it felt really natural!” 

After providing flowers for friends’ parties and weddings, Elinor decided to gain some formal training, a level 2 qualification and advanced courses followed at Pershore and then at The British Academy of Floral Art producing distinctions and finishing top of her class. A master’s qualification is now in progress – so watch this space! A real passion for retail led Elinor to take the plunge and open a shop in 2022, providing a space for workshops to create gifts, cards and fresh and dried arrangments. Now having a dedicated space to prepare for weddings and special events, the team is excited to see how Willow and Sage will continue to grow and are looking forward to the future.
