Discover Charlotte Cornelius Jewellery's huge achievement

Beautiful ring from Charlotte Cornelius Jewellery

Located in Southsea, the Charlotte Cornelius Jewellery Design team is proud to announce that they've achieved the Butterfl y Mark Accreditation from Positive Luxury, an independent global organisation supporting the luxury industry in sustainability and transparency. Positive Luxury's origin lies in the chance meeting of Sir David Attenborough and co-founder Diana Verde Nieto. His inspiring story of the Large Blue Butterfly, which died out in the British Isles in 1979, and the dedication of the scientist who successfully reintroduced it by unravelling the intricate web of interdependencies necessary for its survival. Identifying the luxury industry as one that could drive enormous positive change, Diana and serial entrepreneur Karen Hanton founded Positive Luxury and the Butterfly Mark certification in 2011. It took two years of hard work and dedication from the amazing team at Charlotte Cornelius Jewellery, but they have finally received this fantastic achievement. Owner Charlotte Cornelius says, "We will constantly strive towards improving and positively impacting our community and planet. Positive Luxury will reassess us in two years, and we will need to show significant improvement across all areas to retain our accreditation."
