Exclusive Hire

Our Exclusive Hire package allows you full private use of Forest Park Hotel from 11am on the day of your wedding until 11am the following day. We have carefully designed inclusive wedding and event packages that blend quality with individuality, giving you the flexibility to create a truly bespoke experience.

Your Exclusive Hire includes:

Private use of 40 luxury bedrooms, all public areas, and our enchanting garden grounds.

A wedding ceremony hosted on-site.

Top table floral arrangement from our trusted local florist, Corbin’s of Brockenhurst.

A three-course wedding breakfast, featuring seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.

Complimentary one-night stay for your 1st wedding anniversary to relive the magic in one of

our superior double rooms.

Intimate Wedding

For those seeking a smaller, more personal celebration, our Intimate Wedding Package is crafted to offer a warm and memorable day. Our experienced team, led by your dedicated Event Coordinator, will help you plan every detail.

The Intimate package includes:

Elegant white table linen.

Use of our signature Forest Park copper cake stand and knife.

Full support from our expert Event Coordinator to bring your ideas to life.

A complimentary one-night stay in one of our class double rooms.

Pricing starts from £130.00 per adult and £20.00 per child, fully inclusive. Should you wish to host your ceremony with us, this can be added from £250.00.
